送貨及自提服務 (Delivery & Pick up service)
一般送貨注意事項
- 每次購物滿HK$800均可獲免費送貨(未滿HK$800即收取HK$80運費)，現階段我們只提供香港地區送貨服務(不包括離島及沒有升降機之樓宇)，暫不支援香港境外之地區 ;
- 請提供有效及正確之收貨地址及聯絡方法，我們接受智能柜作收貨地址，但不接受郵政信箱;
- 請確保訂單填寫之收貨地址有人簽收 ;
- 我們保證貨品將會送至訂單填寫之收貨地址，唯並不負責因代簽收而造成之一切後果，建議盡可能由填寫訂單本人親自簽收 ;
- 如因填寫之收貨地址沒人簽收而需要再次安排速遞服務，該次速遞服務所引起之所有費用將會由閣下支付。
自提服務
- 閣下亦可於購物時選擇自提貨品，此項服務並沒有最低消費額的要求；
- 當閣下選擇自提貨品及付款後，我們會有專人聯絡閣下；

送貨時間
當我們確認訂單後，會盡快安排送貨服務; 而貨品運送日期，會視乎您訂購産品的存貨情況或其他相關因素決定。在正常天氣情況下及非公眾假期時間，預計不多於5個工作天內完成。

Delivery
- Free delivery services with any single purchase of HK$600 will be provided. Any purchase below HK$600 will charge a delivery fee of HK$80 each time. Delivery services only offer within Hong Kong, excluding the outlying islands and buildings without a elevator service. We do not support any delivery outside Hong Kong at this moment.
- You are required to provide an accurate address and contact phone numbers for our delivery. We accept EF Locker as delivery address but we do not accept post box as delivery address.
- You should ensure that you are able to accept the merchandise when the merchandise are delivered to the address you give us for delivery
- We guarantee the merchandise to be delivered to the address you give us. However, in case the merchandise is not accepted by yourself at the time of delivery, we do not bear any responsibility after the order has been fulfilled.
- You agree and accept that we are entitled, at our option, to charge you additional costs or cancel your order in the event of your failure to accept delivery for whatever reasons.
Pick up service
- You can choose to pick up the merchandise at our shops and there is no minimum charge requirement.
- After we received your payment, we will inform you to collect the merchandise from your selected shop.

Delivery schedule
After order confirmation, subject to the availability of the stock and, normally we will arrange the delivery service within 5 working days.
