- 如因任何原因而導致未能符合「有機會員」 (推薦人或被推薦人)，本公司恕不負責；請於參與前細閱條款及細則。
- 送出獎品之顏色及型號視乎當時供應而定，奬品並不可兌換現金；
- 得獎結果由本公司電腦計算為準，不得異議，並於2019年10月31日公布結果；
- 本公司員工及親屬不可參與，以視公允；
- 我們保留終止或更改上述活動的權利。如有任何爭議，我們的決定將是最終及具決定性。

To celebrate the launch of the Organic Footmark’s (OFM) “Member Get Member (MGM)” platform, we have prepared a special program to reward your effort. From now to mid-night of 31 December 2019, member who has successfully referred the highest number of Organic Member (OM) will win a “iPhone 11 64 GB (Current Retail Price of HK$5999) (only 1 member who fulfilled the requirement will win the gift). The more you refer, the higher chance of winning the iPhone. Act now.

Terms & Conditions
- The special reward program’s referral time is from now to mid-night of 30 September 2019.
- Referrer and referee should meet the requirement of the Organic Member for at least 1 month during the special reward program period. For details of Organic Member membership requirement, please refer to the MGM reward program.
- OFM will not be liable for any unforeseeable reasons that lead to the failure of participation to the special reward program by the referrer or referee. Please make sure you read and understand the terms & conditions before your participation.
- The colour and model of the smart phone will be subject to the availability of the product upon the completion of the special reward program. The award is not allowed to convert to cash.
- The result will be based on the report automatically generated from our system and will be announced on 31 October 2019.
- OFM’s staff and family member are not allowed to join the special reward program.
- We reserve the right to terminate or vary the above promotion. In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
