分享獎勵

獎勵計劃僅面向於參與之日滿18歲或以上的OFM 的客戶。你參與獎勵計劃和使用你的獎勵代碼或獎勵連結，即表明你完全和無條件同意這些條款及條件和OFM的決定和解釋。對與獎勵計劃相關所有事項，OFM 的決定和解釋是決定性的，並具有約束力。

  1. 透過我們的網站購物，閣下或有資格獲得獎賞，以下簡稱為「OFM Bonus (分享獎勵)」。
  2. OFM客戶以每月總消費額分為兩類：
    • a)港幣消費額0-599為Green Member(簡稱GM) ；
    • b) 港幣消費額600或以上為Organic Member(簡稱OM) 。
  3. GM及OM享有不同級別的「OFM Bonus (分享獎勵)」。詳情如下列:
  4. OFM Bonus (分享獎勵) 不限制每一層引薦成為會員的數目，所以越多分享，越多引薦，將獲得更多OFM Bonus。
  5. 若你符合上述資格要求，在你購買OFM的網站或應用程式上銷售的產品時，你可以參加獎勵計劃。你完成你的第一個訂單時，你將被登記在此獎勵計劃中，並被視為一名獎勵計劃的參與者，以便讓你在未來的OFM 購物賺取積分(亦稱OFM Bonus”分享獎勵”)。
  6. 由你推薦到OFM的所有新客戶使用你的獎勵鏈接下訂單後，你可獲得OFMBonus”分享獎勵”)。
  7. 為了讓其他客戶使用你的獎勵連結，你可以:
    • 進入會員中心，複製你的連結
    • 按一下 「分享」 按鈕，就能夠實現與他人分享。一旦你的被引薦客戶透過你的獎勵連結下訂單，並且該筆訂單被完成、發貨和支付，你將獲得獎勵積分。
  8. 獎勵積分一般在被引薦客戶的交易完成15天后，在你的帳戶顯示可用。一旦使用了可用積分，該金額將從你的帳戶中扣除 (「已用積分」)。若被引薦客戶隨後退貨或取消之前下的訂單，則任何等待積分或可用積分可能進行相應調整(「被取消積分」)。
  9. OFM Bonus (分享獎勵)適用於任何透過我們網站訂購的商品。每1分OFMBonus相等於HK$1使用。
  10. OFM Bonus (分享獎勵)是不可轉讓，也不可兌換成現金。
  11. OFM Bonus (分享獎勵)不適用於支付送貨費用的。
  12. OFM Bonus (分享獎勵) 訂定每年9月1日為所有會員截數日，有效期至同年12月31日；9月2日產生的OFM Bonus有效期至逆年12月31日。
  13. 若OFM確定積分被錯誤地記入你的帳戶、以欺詐方式獲得，或以違反本協定條款及條件的手段獲得，則OFM保留使獎勵積分的權利。
  14. 當閣下的使用者帳戶結束，累積的OFM Bonus (分享獎勵)將被取消。

    促銷代碼 (如適用    )
  15. 我們提供的促銷代碼或優惠券只適用於透過我們網站一次性的購物，並受條款及細則所約束。
  16. 促銷代碼或優惠券既不退款，也不能兌換現金。任何剩餘未使用的金額將被作廢。
  17. 我們保留終止或更改上述優惠的權利。如有任何爭議，我們的決定將是最終及具決定性。
  18. OFM可能會隨時更改其政策或對此獎勵計劃設置限制和約束條件，而無需任何形式的通知。

 

除上述明確規定外，OFM對於本獎勵計劃的應用以及OFM就你的獎勵積分作出的任何決定不承擔任何責任或義務。

OFM Bonus

The Bonus Program is open only to OFM customers who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. This Bonus Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Your participation in the Bonus Program and use of your Bonus Code or Bonus Link, constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and OFM’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Bonus Program.

  1. Through our site shopping, you might be eligible for a rebate of each order (“OFM Bonus (Bonus)”). 
  2. OFM members will be classified by their monthly spending on a monthly basis:
    • a) Green Member (GM) are members with a monthly spending from HK$0-599;
    • b) Organic Member (OM) are members with a monthly spending from HK$600 or above.
  3. Different OFM Bonus points will be rewarded to GM and OM. Details are as follows:
  4.  There is no limit on the number of referrals in each level. The more you shared and referred, the more OFM Bonus you gained.
  5. Subject to the above eligibility requirements, you may participate in the Bonus Program when you purchase products offered for sale on OFM’s website. When you complete your first order, you will be enrolled in this OFM Bonus Program and be deemed a participant in the Bonus Program in order to receive credits towards your future OFM purchases.
  6. You will receive OFM Bonus for orders placed by any new and existing customers that you refer to OFM by using your Bonus Link.
  7.  In order to refer using your Bonus Link, you may either:
    • Go to your profile page, copy your custom Bonus Link
    • Click on the share button to share with others.Once your Referred Customer places an order through your Bonus Link, and once such orders are completed, shipped, and paid, then you will earn OFM Bonus for such orders.
  8. OFM Bonus will be recorded on the 15 days after purchase completed and will be credited on day 16 of each month to your OFM account. Bonus points will be deducted when you use it to purchase OFM products. In the event that your referred account returns or cancels the order, the OFM Bonus points will be adjusted accordingly.
  9. The OFM Bonus can be used in the purchase of goods on the OFM website.
  10. OFM Bonus (Bonus) is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
  11. OFM Bonus (Bonus) is not applicable for the payment of delivery charge.
  12. The annual cut-off date of the OFM Bonus point is 1st September. All the Bonus points earned before that day will be valid until 31st December of the same year. Any bonus points earned on or after 2nd September will be valid until the 31st December of the next year.
  13. OFM reserves the right to pause or block your Bonus link as well as reduce any Bonus points if OFM determines in our sole discretion that Customer is in violation of any of our terms or is in any way abusing our Bonus Program.
  14. OFM Bonus (Bonus) accumulated will be cancelled when your user account is terminated.

    Promotion Code

  15. Promotion code or coupon offered by us shall only be applicable for one-off purchase at our site subject to special terms and conditions.
  16. Promotion code or coupon is neither refundable nor redeemable for cash. Any unused amount will be forfeited.
  17. We reserve the right to terminate or vary the above offers. In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
  18. OFM may change its policy or set limitations and restrictions on this Bonus Program at any time and without any form of notice. Except as expressly stated above, OFM shall not have any liability or obligation with regards to the application of this Bonus Program and any decision that OFM makes in relation to your Bonus Credits.
